RIX Technologies JSC reorganizes – DMS Namejs will be provided by LLC “RIX Flow”

RIX Technologies JSC informs that the company's reorganization process has been completed on April 10, 2026. As part of this, a separate area of ​​activity – the development, maintenance and provision of services for the document management system “Namejs” – has been transferred to the newly established company LLC “RIX Flow”.

The goal of the reorganization is to ensure a clearer management structure, more efficient use of resources and more targeted development of the “Namejs” solution.

With the entry into force of the reorganization, all previous rights and obligations of RIX Technologies JSC related to the document management system “Namejs” have been transferred to LLC “RIX Flow”. LLC “RIX Flow” has become the successor of all contracts and obligations related to “Namejs”, and existing contracts continue to operate without changes, unless the terms of a specific contract provide otherwise.

The reorganization will not affect cooperation, service provision or order fulfillment in any way. Work continues as usual, maintaining the current team, competence and responsibility towards customers and partners. All existing contracts continue to operate with LLC “RIX Flow”.

Partners and customers who wish to clarify or update contractual relations (for example, by concluding a renewal contract) are invited to contact RIX Flow so that the transition proceeds clearly and without complications.
